The integrated prefabricated pumping station is a kind of sewage lifting pump station, which automatically raises the sewage from low to high. The main body of the pump station consists of the cylinder, the submersible pump, the coupling device, the pipe, the valve, the liquid level sensor and the control system.

Introduction of integrated stainless steel prefabricated pumping station:
1. The stainless steel cylinder is made of large SS304/316 stainless steel plate, by large roller machine rolling and shaping.
It is formed on both sides by fully automatic welding machine. After welding, subject to the inspection of flaw detection up to standard, the solid melting
treatment and the whole acid pickling and passivation treatment are carried out. The oily anticorrosive coating is painted on the surface,
and the anticorrosive property is excellent.
2. The diameter of the cylinder is less than 3m, the base is provided with a flange, and the bolt and the pressure plate are connected with
the bottom plate.
3. Anti floating: when the underground water level is high, the buoyancy of the cylinder is very large.
Through the calculation of the cylinder structure, the anti floating design accessories of the bottom of the cylinder are determined.
It is fast for completing the installation of anti floating design fittings, reducing the difficulty of installation of the cylinder
floating up when submerged.
4. Self cleaning: the CFD simulation design of the self-cleaning fluid base avoids frequent slag cleaning and salvaging,
and solves the problem in sewage pumping stations, such as odor emission, debris accumulation, slag hardening, and so on, to refrain from secondary pollution.
